Bandeoke gives you the energy and finish of a professional function band, then adds the one thing no ordinary act can supply: your own guests. The night becomes personal through surprise performers, unlikely duets and live moments that belong to that room alone.
Give the reception a brilliant live soundtrack, then let friends and family create the performances no playlist, DJ or conventional wedding band could have planned.
Explore wedding Bandeoke →Milestone birthdays, engagements and anniversaries become shared entertainment rather than another night spent watching somebody else perform.
Explore party Bandeoke →Awards nights, Christmas parties and conference celebrations become naturally interactive, mixing departments and giving the next morning’s conversation a much better opening subject.
Explore corporate Bandeoke →The repertoire is full of instantly recognisable openings, choruses the room can carry and arrangements that sound huge with guitar, keys, bass and drums. Guests can choose the safe favourite, the ambitious vocal or the song they have been threatening to perform for years.
A familiar first choice makes the format instantly clear and gives everybody else permission to join in.
The right riff turns a hotel ballroom, barn or riverside room into the loudest stage in Berkshire for three minutes.
One performer aims high while friends, family or colleagues make sure nobody reaches the chorus alone.
A single song brings back the lyrics, the moves and several stories best kept away from the microphone.
Nobody accepts responsibility for choosing it, but the entire room appears to know the key change.
By the last slot, the distinction between performer and audience has become mostly theoretical.
Bandeoke works best when the room is already together and ready for the first name to be called. We shape the set lengths and start point around the event itself, so dinner, speeches, awards, cake and other key moments are never fighting the entertainment.
Formalities, food and presentations happen without a singer queue competing for the room.
Your schedule leadsProfessional vocals and familiar dance-floor songs bring separate tables, teams and generations together.
Build one room firstA confident friend, planned surprise or natural volunteer can set the tone without anyone being dragged into it.
Invitation, not ambushWe call names, vary the pace and prepare each arrangement so the energy stays on stage rather than between songs.
More show, less waitingThat structure works brilliantly for many events, but it is only a starting point. Live karaoke can be split into shorter bursts, brought forward or expanded into the headline feature.
The musicians, host, repertoire, lyrics, queue and production are designed as one system. That preparation is what allows a non-professional singer to walk up, hear the count-in and have a genuine live-band moment.
Our singing host leads guitar, keys, bass and drums through polished party sets and every Bandeoke performance. The night never depends on how many people volunteer to sing.
No paper slips, last-minute lyric searches or venue staff trying to locate the next performer. We operate the queue while the band prepares each song.
Add vocalists, sax, brass, percussion, audience lyric screens, branded visuals, live cameras or a larger technical package where they will add real impact.
Berkshire offers everything from royal-borough rooms and Thames-side hotels to large corporate venues, racecourse spaces, barns and west Berkshire estates. We adapt the stage, sound and lyric setup to the venue rather than arriving with one fixed footprint.
Windsor Guildhall, Royal Berkshire Hotel and venues around Windsor, Ascot and the royal borough.
Reading Town Hall, De Vere Wokefield Estate, Stanlake Park Wine Estate and venues along the Thames corridor.
Lillibrooke Manor, Easthampstead Park and venues throughout Maidenhead, Bracknell and Wokingham.
Shaw House, The Old Mill Aldermaston and estates, hotels and barns around Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford.
We also perform at village halls, private estates, hotels and rural venues throughout the county, adapting the technical plan to each room’s access, stage and sound conditions.
The guest singers can be gloriously unpredictable. The stage, sound, access and running order should be anything but.
Yes, where amplified entertainment is permitted. We work within the venue’s access windows, supplier rules, noise conditions, curfews and room restrictions rather than assuming a standard setup will fit every historic space.
Yes. For larger rooms we assess audience size, stage dimensions, sightlines, PA coverage and whether additional screens or production are needed so the show still feels connected across the whole space.
Yes. We can integrate with approved in-house suppliers and provide an advance technical specification covering inputs, monitors, lyric screens, lighting, staging and changeover responsibilities.
Load-in routes, parking, access times and noise conditions can vary significantly at Thames-side properties. We confirm the practical route to the performance space and any restrictions before finalising the production plan.
The footprint depends on the lyric screen, lineup and whether we are supplying the PA. Once we know the usable stage or floor dimensions, we can advise on a safe and workable layout.
No. Nobody is dragged on stage or singled out. The professional band carries the entertainment throughout, and the host only calls people who have chosen to submit a song.
Yes. Live karaoke can be a compact feature, the final hour or the main event. We agree the balance between party-band sets and guest performances before the event.
Yes. A partner, friend, relative or colleague can arrange a planned performance in advance, allowing the reveal to stay secret while the band prepares the correct version.
Possibly. Advance requests can be reviewed for suitability, arrangement, key and lyric preparation. Enough notice is essential because every accepted song must be ready for a live performance rather than simply added to a playlist.
The host, synced lyrics and musicians provide cues throughout. We are used to working with non-professional singers and can usually guide them back in without stopping the performance.
Yes. Corporate options can include branded lyric graphics, screen content, walk-up cues, audience displays, live cameras and larger staging.
Tell us what you are celebrating, where it is happening and who is coming. We will tailor the live band, guest-singer takeover and production around your vision to create a show no ordinary function band could repeat.
