Can Bandeoke replace a normal wedding band?
Yes. The same musicians perform polished party-band sets before supporting the guest singers. You can book a full mixed evening, a shorter guest feature or a larger screen-led production.
Can it fit around our first dance and wedding schedule?
Yes. Your first dance, speeches, cake cutting, evening arrivals and other important moments remain in the places you choose. We shape the performance blocks around the reception.
Will our wedding guests actually sing?
The first singer can be arranged in advance, the wedding party can open together or the singing host can lead the first number. Once guests see one person having fun with a full band behind them, the queue usually becomes easier to fill.
Can we request important songs?
You can highlight favourites from the live-ready repertoire and plan spotlight performances before the wedding. Any song outside the current repertoire needs to be discussed and confirmed before it is promised.
Can we plan a secret performance?
Yes. A surprise duet, bridesmaid or groomsmen number, family group performance or guest-of-honour song can be planned discreetly, with the timing and practical details agreed in advance.
How do wedding guests choose songs and see the lyrics?
Guests scan a QR code, browse the live-ready wedding song list and add their name to the queue. The host calls them up and our purpose-built stage screen shows lyrics moving in time with the live band.
How many wedding guests can sing?
The number depends on the length of your Bandeoke section, the songs chosen and whether performances are solo, duet or group numbers. We recommend the right amount of guest-singer time for the kind of reception you are planning.
When do you set up and what does the venue need?
The exact access, stage, power and setup requirements depend on the chosen lineup and production package. We provide a clear specification and agree the schedule in advance.
