Do you perform throughout France?
Yes. We travel throughout mainland France and can also discuss Corsica. The quotation is based on the exact route, venue access, team, production and accommodation required.
Do we need to organise visas, customs or an ATA Carnet?
No. We review and manage the event-specific artist, work, customs and equipment requirements that apply to our confirmed booking. The precise process depends on the lineup, equipment and journey.
Do you bring sound, lighting and the Bandeoke system?
Yes. Our core production can travel from the UK by van, including the agreed PA, lighting, instruments, microphones, lyric screens, singer system and backup equipment. Larger requirements can also be coordinated with a local supplier.
Can you perform outdoors at a château, vineyard or villa?
Potentially, yes. We review power, weather protection, sound restrictions, curfews, stage position and the indoor backup plan before confirming an outdoor setup.
Can you work with a French production supplier?
Yes. Where the venue has approved production or the event needs a larger stage, PA or lighting design, we can provide the technical information and coordinate directly with the local supplier.
Will guests actually volunteer to sing?
The first singer is the hardest. We can plan a confident opener, use our singing host to launch the format and keep the live-band set moving until the room is ready. Once guests see it working, the queue usually grows quickly.
Can Bandeoke fit around dinner, speeches and photographs?
Yes. The show is planned around the wedding or event schedule. The live band can open the dance floor first, with guest-singer moments introduced only when the atmosphere is ready for them.
Will the band and production team need accommodation?
Depending on the location and schedule, accommodation may be required before and/or after the event. This is planned within the quotation so the team can arrive, build and perform safely without relying on unrealistic same-day travel.
