Bandeoke gives you the finish and energy of a professional function band, then makes the entertainment completely personal. Friends, relatives and colleagues create the surprise performances, unexpected duets and full-room moments no conventional act could reproduce.
Give the reception a brilliant live soundtrack, then let the people who know you best create the performances that make the night unmistakably yours.
Explore wedding Bandeoke →Milestone birthdays, engagements and anniversaries turn into nights of surprise singers, fearless group performances and stories that improve every time they are retold.
Explore party Bandeoke →Awards nights, Christmas parties and conference celebrations become naturally interactive, breaking down the room without relying on forced games or awkward participation.
Explore corporate Bandeoke →The repertoire is built for performance: recognisable openings, enormous choruses and arrangements that work properly with guitar, keys, bass and drums. There is space for confident singers, enthusiastic groups and the wildcard who selects something far more ambitious than expected.
One singer leads from the stage while the room discovers it has already appointed itself as backing vocals.
The band hits the riff and, for the next three minutes, the function room becomes Hertfordshire’s loudest stage.
One performer aims high while friends, family or colleagues make sure the chorus reaches its destination.
A single song revives the lyrics, the moves and several stories best kept away from the microphone.
The room realises confidence has been hiding in plain sight all evening.
One name is called. Six friends arrive. Everybody else handles the chorus.
Bandeoke works best when the room already feels like one party. We plan the live sets and singer time around dinner, speeches, awards, cake, venue curfews and the pace you want, so the first call-up feels exciting rather than imposed.
Dinner, speeches, awards and formalities happen without the entertainment competing for attention.
Your schedule leadsThe professional band fills the floor and gives different tables, teams and generations something shared.
Build one crowdA confident volunteer, planned surprise or natural performer can make the format feel irresistible.
Invitation, never ambushWe call names, vary the pace and prepare every arrangement so the momentum stays on stage.
More singing, less waitingThat is a proven starting point rather than a fixed package. Live karaoke can be split into shorter sections, moved earlier or expanded into the headline feature.
Bandeoke is built as one complete show. The band, repertoire, performer queue and visuals are prepared together so a guest can walk up, hear the count-in and have a genuine live performance without the event team managing anything behind the scenes.
Our singing host leads guitar, keys, bass and drums through polished party sets and every guest performance. The entertainment remains strong whether the queue contains five singers or fifty.
No paper slips, improvised backing tracks or venue staff hunting for the next performer. We operate the process while the musicians prepare each song.
Add vocalists, sax, brass, percussion, audience lyric screens, branded visuals, live cameras or a larger technical package where they will add genuine impact.
Hertfordshire offers historic estates, large hotels, country barns, corporate venues and private spaces within easy reach of London. We adapt the sound, staging and lyric setup to each room rather than arriving with one fixed production footprint.
Hatfield Park and the Old Palace, Sopwell House and venues throughout St Albans and central Hertfordshire.
Knebworth House & Barns, Milling Barn and Offley Place near Hitchin and Stevenage.
Tewinbury and venues throughout Welwyn, Hertford, Ware and the surrounding countryside.
Ashridge House, The Grove and venues across Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead and Watford.
We also perform at village halls, private estates, marquees, hotels and rural venues throughout the county, adapting the technical plan to the access, stage and sound conditions of each space.
The performances can be unpredictable. The stage, sound, access and running order should be fully planned.
Yes, where amplified entertainment is permitted. We work with access windows, approved suppliers, sound conditions, curfews and room restrictions rather than assuming the same production will fit every listed venue.
Yes. For bigger rooms we assess the audience size, stage dimensions, sightlines, PA coverage and whether additional lyric or video screens are needed to keep the show connected.
Yes. We confirm vehicle access, load-in distance, power, stage space, sound limiters and curfews before finalising the setup. Rural venues vary enormously, so those details matter.
Yes, where the installed production meets the show specification. We provide the technical requirements and agree responsibilities for PA, monitors, lighting, lyric screens and inputs in advance.
The footprint depends on the lineup, lyric screen and whether we are supplying the PA. Once we know the usable dimensions, we can advise on a safe layout that still leaves the guest singer properly visible.
No. Nobody is dragged up or singled out. The professional band carries the entertainment throughout, and the host only calls people who have chosen to submit a song.
Yes. It can be a short interactive feature, the final hour or the main event. We agree the balance between professional band sets and guest performances before the event.
Yes. A partner, friend, relative or colleague can arrange a song in advance so the band has the correct version ready while the reveal remains a surprise.
Possibly. Advance requests are reviewed for arrangement, key, lyrics and suitability for the live lineup. Enough notice is needed because the song must be fully prepared rather than simply added to a playlist.
The host, synced lyrics and musicians provide clear cues. We are used to supporting non-professional singers and can usually guide them back in without interrupting the performance.
Yes. Corporate options can include branded lyric graphics, walk-up cues, audience screens, live cameras and larger staging for conferences, awards nights and company celebrations.
Choose the lineup, set the balance between party band and live karaoke, and create a show no ordinary function band could repeat.
